Darkheart8500: removed forest clearing from playable maps (to be reworked for something else [has the nivalis region lumberjack and trees, updated to last id used 20])

edited mountain capital layering of lava and cliffs and added a tree
transition crossroads DM edited for a more natural look
added portraits: Warrior Hero, Mage Hero, Noble Hero, Leoril.
trees have been scattered a bit and additionals will be added later.
